Ratatouille Fish Rolls

Inspired by the French kitchen, our delicious, juicy Alaska pollock is gently rolled after it is filled with authentic, tasty ratatouille. A splendid combination of vegetables and fish covered in a nice reddish coarse crumb, which brings a crispfull bite on top of the fish. Our fish rolls make it easy for you to differentiate and play around with garnish by serving it as a dish or slicing it into 4 pieces and topping it with herbs and serving it like a snack. Easy to prepare: directly from freezer to oven in approx. 25 min at 180 C. Also suitable and recommended for airfryer and merrychef preparation.
