The mussels and shrimp come from ASC farms, while the squid come from MSC fisheries. The individual ingredients of the sustainable Frutti di Mare are carefully sorted, selected and blended together at the Escal factory to create the ideal mix. The preparation is done in the Escal tradition, with only a touch of salt and nothing more.
