Gozoki Frais is a French agri-food company based in the southwest, distinguished by its control of the production chain, from upstream to downstream.

This vertical integration is based in particular on the acquisition of 12 own fish farms in France and Spain. Today, it is a strategic pillar enabling us to secure our supplies and guarantee the quality and traceability of our products.

Thanks to our specialized processing plants, we deploy multi-technological expertise (gratin, ultra-fresh, breading, frying) to promote strong brands such as Maison Briau, the leader in fish-based ready meals (brandade, paella, lasagna), and Pêcheries Basques, a specialist in smoked trout.

This technical diversity allows us to offer a rich and varied range of products, while remaining faithful to our deep-rooted culture of taste and “homemade” products.
