Information

Osetra Caviar Osetra caviar is sourced from the Acipenser gueldenstaedtii sturgeon, a prized species native to the Caspian Sea. This sturgeon is known for its distinctive, robust build and can grow up to 1.5 to 2 meters in length and weigh over 10 to 50 kilograms. They reach maturity and begin producing caviar in approximately 7 to 10 years. The caviar pearls are medium-sized, typically ranging from 2.2 to 2.8 millimeters in diameter. They exhibit a stunning color palette that varies from black to dark gray, sometimes with hints of amber.
