BLUEFIN TUNA (Thunnus Thynnus)

The Bluefin Tuna Catch Document (eBCD) is an additional protectional measure to ensure the sustainbility of the wild stock. Our cooling devices operate on environmental friendly C02 refrigerant. Environmental lmpact Assessment Studies confirmed that bio farming has no negative effect on the environment. We care about the ecosystem and our fish, on our farm we daily monitor the sea water temperature and oxygen levels.
