Year round availability and seasonal bounty are in addition to the preservation of taste, nutritive values and cell structure the cause for a growing global demand of IOF'd fish. Our Sabroe Individual Ouick Freezing (IOF) device is environmentally friendly CAPF400- CO, refrigerant operated, custom mode by Dantech freezing systems. with a capacity of 1800 kg/h to bone temperature -18 oc, freezing at -43 oc in our IOF tunnel. Our unique freezing technology specially designed triple-belt IOFwith CO2refrigerant ensures 20% faster freezing time in comparison to other IOF freezing technologies, that prevents the formation of ice crystals in the cells of the mu sele flesh enabeling the quality of the fish to remain unchanged, it is preseved for up to 18 months.
