We have extensive manufacturing capabilities and produce a selection of formats, coatings, and fish species suitable for retail & foodservice. Breaded Portions & Trapezoids The crispy breaded portions and our popular trapezoid shape can be bought in different sizes as a breaded or a battered version. They are contemporary convenience products for tasty uncomplicated dishes like fish sandwiches and fish baguettes. Portion fillets Our portion fillets offer every chef the opportunity to serve a high-class fillet product in a uniform portion size and with natural appearance. Pieces of fish are cut from fillet blocks and formed to a natural fillet shape then coated in breadcrumbs. They offer an easy and tasty opportunity to serve fish for a variety of occasions. Our portfolio includes classic breading, batter, breading à la Meunière, cornflakes breading, potato breading and pretzel breading. Breaded Burgers Burgers are trending worldwide, but there are few options available on the market. Sofina Europe has launched a new range of healthy burgers that offers a fish alternative to burgers’ lovers. Our breaded burgers can be the crunchy masterpiece for a creative, delicious burger experience.
