We take great pride not only in the fish processing, but also in our mariculture production that takes place in fish farms in the Maslinova, Vela Grska and Mala Grska coves on the island of Brač in Croatia. Our farms are in accordance with the highest environmental standards and certified with ASC and GLOBAL G.A.P. Fish farms for the farming of sea bass, sea bream and Bluefin tuna are of the open type, exposed to constant natural influences such as wind, waves and currents, which provide ample amounts of oxygen vital for the growth and survival of farmed organisms. Our highest quality Bluefin tuna is globally exported either through bulk harvesting or fresh weekly shipments.
