FISHARK SU URUNLERI URETIM SAN. VE TIC. A.S5F301Fishark Seafood has been established on the basis of producing and processing fresh and healthy seafood products with the highest quality standards. The company was founded in 2011 and has continued to grow to become a major seafood exporter in Turkey.
The current operating capacity of Fishark is 25,000 tonnes annualy and exporting over 20 countries worldwide. Fishark has two processing facilities which are located in Izmir and Bingol. The facility in Izmir, established in 2011 has a daily capacity of 45 tons. The facility in Bingol, recently completed in 2026 has a daily capacity of 60 tons, including 8 tons/day dedicated to hot and cold smoked production.
The production plants and the fish farms are certified with IFS, BRC, GLOBAL GAP, ASC, and MSC. As a BSCI-certified company, Fishark is committed to conduct production with respecting all internationally recognized human rights and social standards. The company is certified with ISO 14064-1:2018, the carbon emissions are monitored comprehensively, also to reduce the environmental impact, effective steps are taken consistently.

- European Seabass (Dicentrarchus Labrax )
- Meagre (Argyrosomus regius )
- Other wild caught fish speices.
