Size: 6 - 10 cm, 300/500 pcs/kg.

Individually quick frozen at -40 C.
Capture method: trawling.

One of the few fish which is scientifically proven that it can be consumed without cleaning. It comes from low salted sea, so its very tasty.
Cooking method: Directly from frozen, roll over in flour and fry in preheated oil at 180 C for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown.
