PROCONCEPT specifically designed the TCM 300A slicer for companies which manually pack the slices and require high performances regarding quality of slicing and productivity.
The TCM 300A slicer uses the same principles as the TN 200 slicer, whose performances have been recognized by the leaders of the smoked salmon industry for many years.

Due to the alternative blade movement technology and the precision of its design, the TCM 300A guarantees a high quality of the presentation of slices.
The limited contact between the blade and the flesh prevents any fat emulsion on the surface, which often spoils the presentation.
This cut quality is obtained with various smoked fish fillets: farmed salmon, wild salmon, trout, halibut, tuna, cod …
The TCM 300A slicer has been designed by seafood professionals in compliance with high sanitary requirements: material quality, no trap areas...
The parts in contact with the fish are easily removable and washable: it takes less than 3 minutes to remove and replace them and no tools are required!
In addition, the limited blade/flesh contact prevents any heating.
