AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION OF CONSUMER UNITS: -WITH PROGRAMMED POSITIONING OF SLICES -AT FIXED WEIGHT -WITH PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF SLICES -WITH VARIABLE NUMBER OF SLICES -AT A SPEED OF 200 SLICES/min Positioned after slicing, the DDV 400 module produces batches of slices with a fixed weight and/or a fixed number of slices. Each station can carry out a specific task: depending on the characteristics of the slices assigned to it, the size of the platters/plates used, or the characteristics of the targeted finished product. All the slices are processed by the DDV 400 module at an instant speed of 200 slices/min. The DDV 400 module is also able to work in a chronologic order to obtain pre-sliced fillets. The slices arrive on the modular conveyor after being weighed, or directly from the slicer. The cardboard plates are distributed and positioned by the poly-round belt conveyors under the modular conveyor. The stoppers connected either to the slicer or to the weighing module stop the slices in their trajectory. The slices fall into the first hole and position themselves on the cardboard plates. Between each assigned slice, the stoppers move forward according to the programmed distance in order to meet the required presentation on the plates. The stoppers can move in two ways: upstream or downstream. Once achieved, the batches (cardboard plates and slices) are forwarded out of the constitution zone, to be automatically transferred via the ejecting springboards, down to the poly-round belt evacuation conveyor towards the weight and verification station. Automatically checked by a dynamic weighing unit, the plates are forwarded either to the packing machine or to manual correcting stations, depending on the result. PROCONCEPT offers complete solutions adapted to industrial objectives and constraints. For each project, a precise installation study is conducted, taking into consideration the existing equipment and building specificities.
