Garos Brine Preparation Systems – GLB & GLT are designed to ensure consistent, high-quality brine preparation for seafood processing. These systems allow processors to accurately mix, store, and deliver brine used in fish injection and marination processes, helping achieve uniform flavor distribution and stable product quality.
The GLB Brine Mixer is engineered to efficiently dissolve a wide range of ingredients, including complex or difficult-to-mix additives often used in modern seafood recipes. A powerful high-shear pump creates strong circulation within the tank, ensuring fast dissolution and a perfectly homogeneous mixture, even with viscous brines. The system also draws dry ingredients directly into the mixing process, preventing clogging and ensuring reliable preparation.
Once the brine is prepared, it can be transferred to the GLT Storage Tank, where it is kept under controlled conditions until needed in production. The storage tank is equipped with cooling options and agitation to maintain stable temperature and consistent brine quality throughout the processing cycle.
Together, the GLB and GLT systems provide seafood processors with a reliable and hygienic solution for preparing and managing brine, ensuring consistent injection performance and optimal product quality.
