Garos GCT Continuous Tumbler is designed to support efficient and continuous processing of fish products directly after the injection stage. The machine gently massages the product while simultaneously removing excess brine from the surface, improving the appearance, texture, and overall quality of the final seafood product. During the process, the tumbling action helps seal the needle punctures created during injection, allowing the brine to bind more effectively inside the product. This results in better absorption, improved product structure, and a cleaner, drier surface that is ideal for further processing or packaging. The perforated drum design ensures efficient drainage of excess brine without damaging delicate fish fillets. At the same time, any collected brine can be recirculated back to the injector system, helping reduce waste and improve process efficiency. With adjustable speed, variable drum angle for throughput control, and an open hygienic design for easy cleaning, the GCT Continuous Tumbler integrates seamlessly into modern seafood processing lines and helps maintain stable, high-quality production.
